I made the tako weiner jus now and I kinda of succeed. YA! It's veri easy!!!!
The quality of the photos r really bad.... =(
This tako de mouth becos of the toothpick then became so ugly....

~Thoughts~
I did the two most basic methods. Boil and stir-frying. Boiling makes the hotdog curl more, jus try to boil it a bit longer. Stir-frying makes the hotdog smells tastier but I think if you put in a bento after some time the smell also will disappear... I like the boiled weiner...
I saw a American recipe of tako weiner, they cut the legs after boiling and the use the whole hotdog which don really look tat nice. Fr my manga experience, you always cut the legs before cooking it and that's what I did and it came out beautifully.
A normal hotdog gives you 2 tako-san and 2 crabby-san. Althought real tako-san has 8 legs, jus use a small knife to cut 5 legs. Believe me that's cuter than 8... For crabby cut into 3 parts [er side, 4 is not nice. See, my crabby with 6 legs looks so much cuter.
I don really have anything to make it's eyes and mouth so they will remind faceless for now... I m really looking forward to making tamagoyaki now... XD
